Job requirements
As a Transformation Manager at Craftzing, you are responsible for driving organisational change initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of strategic transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable change while maintaining business continuity.
You will lead and manage the end-to-end execution of complex projects and/or programs for one or more Craftzing customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with organisational objectives and business requirements.
- Lead and coordinate multiple transformation workstreams while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Assess organisational readiness for change and develop targeted interventions to address gaps and resistance.
- Create and maintain transformation roadmaps, ensuring proper planning of initiatives and resource allocation.
- Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to track transformation progress and benefits realisation.
- Facilitate c-level and management decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all organisational levels.
- Coach and support teams through the change process, ensuring adoption and sustainability of new ways of working.
- Identify and mitigate transformation-related risks and dependencies.

- You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex organisational challenges into clear, actionable plans.
- You have extensive experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences.
- You are resilient, maintaining momentum even when facing resistance or setbacks.
- You take a structured approach to problem-solving and can navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- You influence and align stakeholders effectively, even without direct authority.
What we expect from you:
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in transformation management or change leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale organisational changes.
- Holding relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) and project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) methodologies is a plus.
- You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives. You can build relationships of trust with clients and are willing to work on-site at regular intervals when needed.
- You have strong analytical capabilities and can translate complex organisational challenges into clear action plans. With a solution-oriented mindset, you navigate ambiguity while keeping sight of strategic objectives.
- Your presentation and facilitation skills enable you to effectively communicate vision and strategy across all levels of the organisation, inspiring and motivating stakeholders to embrace change.
- You have extensive experience in change management, with a proven ability to assess change readiness, develop intervention strategies, and guide organisations through transformation journeys.
- You have experience working with enterprise-level clients and understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Fluency in French is a plus.
- You demonstrate high resilience and can maintain composure and direction even in high-pressure situations, turning chaos into structured approaches.
- You excel at managing complex stakeholder landscapes and can balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on transformation objectives.
