Job requirements
As a (Strategic) Transformation Manager at Craftzing, you are the intermediary link that helps our clients shape and translate their digital strategy into organizational design, corresponding roadmaps and implementation excellence. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, guiding clients through their digital and organizational transformation journeys. You think long-term, act decisively, and engage stakeholders across all levels.
What you'll do:
Translate business strategies into actionable digital and organizational transformation roadmaps and ensure implementation readiness.
Lead these transformation programs and initiatives, managing budgets, planning and scope.
Conduct contextual and trend research to understand business and user needs.
Design customer-centric value propositions and high-level solution concepts.
Build business cases and assess financial feasibility of initiatives.
Facilitate co-creation workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Coach client and internal teams on new ways of working and organizational change.
Align and report to C-level stakeholders and governance bodies.
Monitor change readiness, risks, dependencies, and benefit realization.
Who we're looking for:
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a healthy dose of pragmatism.
Skilled in facilitating workshops and aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
Able to translate complex or abstract information into clear visualizations and plans.
Empathetic listener with a focus on sustainable client and user value.
Experienced in stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels, including C-level.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Transformation Manager (Medior)
4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or transformation projects.
Able to independently analyze client needs and formulate proposals.
Experience supporting or leading (parts of) change or transformation initiatives.
Strong ambition to grow into a leadership role in program and transformation delivery.
Strategic Transformation Manager (Senior)
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, transformation, or program management.
Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and digital strategy.
Proven track record leading high-budget programs (>€3M) and complex stakeholder environments.
Relevant certifications such as Prosci, PMP, MSP, or PgMP are a strong plus.
