Job requirements

What you'll do:

  • Create proposals and match our team members with potential clients, together with our Business Unit Leads

  • Support the rollout of new growth workflows across the organization

  • Ensure all growth-related materials—such as sales decks, proposals, and turnover declarations—are accurate and up to date

  • Monitor procurement platforms and identify relevant tenders

  • Initiate the bid/no-bid procedure for procurement leads

  • Analyze tender documents and prepare the proposal process: divide tasks, prepare CVs, gather necessary documents, involve the right people, and secure time in their schedules.

  • Oversee content follow-up, monitor the proposal’s status throughout the process, and plan syncs and key milestones

  • Perform quality checks on input from team members

  • Take care of administrative tasks, such as requesting criminal record extracts and notifying managers about documents to be signed and submission deadlines

  • Oversee the tender submission process and follow up on subsequent phases (e.g., BAFO phase), additional questions, or presentations

  • Accurately track the status of a prospect in our CRM tool

  • Keep the planning updated throughout the process, depending on the likelihood of success

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to set up an inbound flow from the website to the CRM

  • Initiate the bid/no-bid procedure for inbound leads

  • Brief the relevant Business Unit or Client Lead and provide support throughout the proposal process

What we’re looking for:

  • You have at least 2 years and ideally 5 years of experience in a similar Sales Procedure (and/or Bid Management) role.

  • You have a strong grasp of and genuine interest in Sales, and you're motivated to keep learning and growing in this field.

  • You are methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You take ownership of your work and are able to improve based on feedback.

  • You have excellent time management skills and can keep a process on track.

  • You are empathetic, friendly, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is a plus.

  • You are eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve or streamline processes.

  • You enjoy working independently but maintain strong connections with your team, management, and Craftzing colleagues.

  • Experience or heavy interest in how AI can enhance our sales processes is a big plus.
