About the job

Work side by side with our CEO to set the course for Craftzing’s communication and marketing strategy in the coming years. Bring that strategy to life through powerful content, campaigns, events, and long-term projects.

We’re looking for a driven and experienced marketing and communications professional with growth potential — someone who thinks strategically, loves to coordinate, and doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves. Experience in B2B marketing is essential.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing and channel strategy focused on scale and conversion.

  • Manage our online presence (website, social media, etc.). Use the right mix of owned, earned, and paid channels – from SEO and email flows to LinkedIn, video, and podcasts.

  • Create relevant, high-quality content (whitepapers, case studies, events, video content…) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and/or external partners.

  • Coordinate large-scale marketing initiatives such as our Digital Trust Index, events and campaigns — working with external partners where needed.

  • Safeguard our brand identity, assets (presentations, templates, …), tone of voice, and ensure consistency across all channels.

Who we’re looking for

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a coordinating communication and/or marketing role, ideally in a B2B setting. Affinity with the digital sector is a must.

  • You’re an initiator and project driver: you take ownership, keep oversight, and ensure things get done.

  • You work fluently with internal teams and external partners, and thrive in a smooth, well-organized collaboration.

  • You feel at home in the digital world and speak the language of our clients (B2B, consulting, digital transformation, …).

  • You’re a strong copywriter in both Dutch and English – clear, concise, and impactful. You know how to simplify complex topics for management audiences, and you’re not afraid to use GenAI tools (like ChatGPT) as part of your writing process.

  • You’re passionate about topics like digital transformation, AI, inclusion, security, drone technology, ... and you love staying on top of tech trends.

  • You understand how technology creates value for businesses and their customers – and you know how to turn that into a clear, compelling story.

  • You can turn creative ideas into tangible formats and love being hands-on.

  • You’re experienced with tools like social media schedulers and analytics, CMS platforms, video content tools, Figma, and more.
